In many ways today’s society is similar to the one in Aldous Huxley’s novel. We got the beliefs of our families and/or society which are “programmed” into our brains through the daily repetition since the day each us were brought to this world. We have the continuously growing gene technology, which might someday very well lead to the mass production of the perfect Homo sapiens. Although, frankly I don’t see anyone being able to get any kind of opportunity to get anywhere close to that kind of freakish control over the world. There are way too many greedy people out there in this world, so it would just most likely lead to a mass destruction of the human race.
